Tenet Shop always strives to ensure a safe and satisfying shopping experience for customers. However, any return, replacement or refund of any product must be made in accordance with certain conditions. Our policy is designed to protect both customers and sellers, so as to prevent fraud, misunderstanding and abuse.
1. Conditions for accepting returns
Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, the wrong product has been sent or there is a quality defect. It is mandatory to keep a complete uncut video record of the delivery opening upon receipt of the product. No complaint will be accepted without this video evidence. The video must clearly show the parcel, seal, shipping label and the entire opening process.
2. Returns are not accepted for any reason
Slight color differences in the product, differences due to lighting, visual differences due to screen settings, incorrect size selection, change of preference or damage due to use are not returnable under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged or in any way unsellable.
3. Return Period
We must be notified of the return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns or replacements will not be accepted after the specified time.
4. Replacement Policy
If it can be shown with evidence that the product was wrong, defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement of the same type of product. If for any reason the same product is not in stock, an alternative product or solution will be provided after discussing with the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in cases where it is not possible to provide a replacement or equivalent product. Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days. The refund method will be the same as the payment method.
6. Shipping Charge Policy
In case of sending a defective or incorrect product, Salias Luxe will bear the return shipping charges. However, in case of a customer’s mistake or unreasonable return, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
7. Product Packaging & Condition
Returnable products must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, box and complete accessories. If any of these are missing, the return may be void.
