1. Order Acceptance and Verification
Tenet Shop accepts and processes orders only if the correct information is provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders if incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or suspicious activity is found. No order will be accepted without advance payment, and order confirmation is completed after receiving the advance delivery charge.

2. Payment and Pricing
The price of the product is determined as per the information displayed on the website. Salias Luxe reserves the right to change the price if necessary. Payment information used in case of online payment, bank transfer or cash on delivery is kept completely confidential.

3. Delivery and Shipping Policy
Delivery time may vary depending on the area and the courier policy. It is mandatory to keep a video of opening the delivery parcel after receiving the product; no complaint will be accepted without video evidence. Free shipping is applicable for orders over 1800 taka; delivery charges will apply below this.

4. Product Availability
If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, Salias Luxe reserves the right to cancel the order or provide an alternative solution.

5. Product Usage and Color Variation Liability
The color of the product may appear different due to the screen or the lighting. Slight differences between the color shown in the picture and the actual color are normal; Salias Luxe is not responsible for this.

6. Return, Replacement, and Refund
The return or replacement policy is detailed on the Return Policy page. If the product is damaged, wrong or defective, we must be informed within the specified time with video evidence. Returns due to customer misuse, wrong size selection, slight color variation, or change of preference are not acceptable.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content on the website—such as images, text, logos, designs—is the property of Salias Luxe. They cannot be copied, shared, or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Tenet Shop is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the product. We try to ensure the highest quality, but external factors (such as courier delays) are beyond our control.

9. Legal Disputes
Any disputes or legal issues will be resolved in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. If necessary, the court will have jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
